Norman went above and beyond. He discovered we needed a key for our breaker box and was flexible to return on a different day to finish the inspection, once we got the key from the builder. Norman is a wise man. We are honored to have him inspect our first home. Going through this journey first time,I wanted someone quickly to inspect the home and Norman was the one who gave us immediate attention and drove over 2hrs to reach. With in 3 hrs of our initial conversation, he was at property and spent a decent 4-5 hrs on each and every detail of the home. Patience and Commitment. He took time to explain every minor detail of the home and was transparent enough in recommending additional inspections(Structural) for foundation confirmations. He's a Super man, got to the roof,attic,each and every nook corner of the home.Appliances,furniture,brick cracks,windows,shades,chimney,paint touch ups.cannot imagine his attention to detail. He took all the time to detail us each picture and provided a detailed explanation including the age of appliances,industry standards what not. It was like a dissection of home and a wealth of information for us. Norman is very friendly and kids felt like family. He provides a 90 day warranty on appliances too. His quotes are very reasonable to industry standards.He followed up through my structural inspections to make sure we are all on same page.I highly recommend Norman for all your home inspections. Norman is a detail-oriented, experienced and responsible inspector that I have ever seen. He spent a total of 3+ hours to look through into every tiny part of my new house and explained the details for a bunches of photos being taken not only inside but also from the roof-viewing. He is very patient to show whether or not the electrical, furnace and sprinkle system operate in a proper manner. Finally his price is very reasonable and will be a good choice for the guy who needs a trade-off between the highly economic way and the comprehensively perfect inspection. I strongly recommend him for those future clients.

I had a home in Irving, Texas inspected for pre-purchase on April 16, 2020 by Peak Property Inspection. I'm nosey so I was actually present for the entire inspection and witnessed the entire process. Mr. Smith (the owner of the company I believe) showed up on time with a truck FULL of equipment needed to inspect the home. Previous home inspections I've had done took between 1.5 to 2 hours and I really never felt like they were being as thorough as they needed to be considering that I was paying them to help inform me on the largest financial investments of my life. Mr. Smith was on this property for 5 HOURS diligently inspecting the property. To give you an idea of his efficacy he went into the attic 3 separate times and on to the roof twice to confirm that an issue with the vents was what he thought it was. In addition to this, this home had a professional inspection done about 2 months ago as part of a deal that fell through so I thought I had a good idea going in, but they missed a MAJOR plumbing issue that wasn't readily obvious that Mr. Smith pinpointed with a few minutes on the property. Every switch, every outlet, every fixture was gone over carefully. He even just went ahead and fixed a drain plug in one of the bathrooms that just wasn't connected properly.

Norman provided exceptional service! He was thorough, detailed, and provided helpful and honest feedback. We will be using Peak Property Inspections in the future. His service is top-notch and like no other!
